A legally binding document is an agreement that has been made between two parties where specific actions are prohibited or required on behalf of one or both of the parties.​ Below is a small list of Estate documents that are considered legal and/or legally binding. If you don't need the Full Estate package, contact us for an individualized pricing and details.

Full Estate Package
These packages typically include: Will, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorny, and Trust. Witness (if needed) fee may apply.
Witnesses
In Florida, Estate Planning documents not only have to be notarized, but also require two witnesses. We can provide one or two independent witnesses if needed. $25 per witness.
Will & Living Will
Witness and travel fee may apply
Mobile Notary Fee
An on-site mobile fee starting at $20 may apply when we travel to your location. Fee includes one half hour at your location.
